My Mama Terry took me to see Dr. Ransdell today for my 4 year check-up, since Mom is stuck at home recovering from surgery (Day 6 for those counting).
Weighing in @ 47 1/2 pounds and measuring over 43 inches tall....apparently the report is that I am normal.
*Yes, it is completely normal for a 4 year old to sit still through a 90 minute wedding one day and be bouncing off the walls in a doctor's office another.
*Yes, my hearing is fine.
*Yes, I'm tall for my age. The doctor "predicts" I'll be around 6'2.
*Yes, the birdies are still in my ears (you'll have to ask me about that one).

CARS Party
I got some more "squishy animals" like a snake, a fish, a starfish, etc... Laban had a lot of fun teasing me with the snake. Now I know what to get him for his birthday!
One of the neat things I got was a Magnetix building set. I also got some other building things (since I really like to do that sort of thing).
Aunt Lynn & Uncle Steve brought me a tractor since I love pretending I have a farm in my backyard.
Some of the other neat things I got was a new spinning toothbrush & Spiderman toothpaste, money to put in my savings account, animals that grow in the water, books for my LeapPad, playdough and other cool stuff.
Laban & Lori brought me three gifts that were a huge hit with the "adults" ~ one was a whoopie cushion! Everyone got a laugh out of it. The second was a blow-up punching bag. I would have Grandma Terry hit me with it and then I'd fall down. The third was a rocket launcher that Mom said was an outside toy before I even finished unwrapping it. Mom & Dad said they can't wait until Laban & Lori have kids!!!

Grandma & Grandpa's House
We also out to Aunt Lynn & Uncle Steve's farm. I got to feed their cows and hang out with Uncle Steve in the field. The cows do talk, but I can't understand what they say. One of the mommy cow's is about to have a baby. I can't wait to go back and help out on the farm.

Good Day or Bad Day?
Written by Mom:
Tonight, Ethan told Nate & I that he "had a bad day" at camp today. When asked why he explained, "I touched the goal and the teacher said and I touched the net while Josh was playing and I had to sit by the wall forever." (code for - he was touching/messing with the net of the little hockey goals while others played, after the teacher asked him not to, so he had to sit in time out for 5 minutes)
What makes this story funny is that he then asked Nate and I both, "Did you have a good day or a bad day?" When Nate answered that he had a "frustrating day," Ethan then stated that Dad had a "both day" (meaning good and bad).
P.S. Don't worry except for those 5 minutes, the rest of his day at camp was good. He said they made puppets, played with playdough, watched a Veggie Tales movie and he ate all his lunch.
